【Smart Construction Dashboard】 Notice of Outage: Failure to Acquire Layer Data (20th October 2025)

To all users of the Smart Construction Dashboard

A service outage has occurred within the Smart Construction service, causing a corresponding outage in the Smart Construction Dashboard.

We sincerely apologize for the significant inconvenience this is causing our users.

Below is a report on the current situation:
 

Outage Start Time:  20th,October 2025 : 07:30 AM (UTC)

Outage Details: When opening a site in Smart Construction Dashboard, the message “Failed to retrieve layer data” appears.

As below image, the error show as "failed to retrieve layer data", However please DO NOT remove the file for now.

※ Deleting the files will not resolve the issue.

Please refer to the image below for the error occurrence status.

Estimated Recover Time: We are currently investigating the main cause.

We will provide updates on the status of the outage via this notice.
