To all Smart Construction Dashboard and Smart Construction Remote users

Thank you for using our services.

We will be performing system maintenance on the servers that provide remote functions for Smart Construction Dashboard and Smart Construction Remote.

Sunday, August 25, 2024　12:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. (UTC)

■Target Services:

Smart Construction Dashboard / Smart Construction Remote

■Service to be stopped:
Due to this work, the API function of the remote support server for ICT construction equipment will not be available, and the remote support function and the online construction equipment list will not be displayed.

(Remote support functions: remote control, remote view, file transfer)

*Please note that the time period may vary depending on the work status.

*KRS (Komatsu Remote Support WebPortal / Dashboard) for Komatsu distributors will similarly display the maintenance screen and disable the remote support functions during the applicable time.
