【Smart Construction Dashboard】 Notice of Recovery from System Server Failure (2024/9/13)

To all Smart Construction Dashboard users

The following problems have been reported to our customers using the Smart Construction Dashboard, we would like to inform you that the issue have been resolved as of September 13, 2024.

■Date and Time

September 12, 2024 7:30 (UTC)  - September 13, 2024 6:00 (UTC)

■Issue

Automatic processing did not start properly on some of the external servers running in the system.
Due to this, the following functions could not be processed properly.

• Construction history data related functions (when “Processing” is displayed)
• File conversion function (when design data is not imported correctly when uploaded)

■Recovery

The server source failure has been resolved.
