【Smart Construction Dashboard】 Notice of Restoration of Data Update Failure (11/13/2024)

To all Smart Construction Dashboard users

We would like to inform you that the following problems with the Smart Construction Dashboard have been resolved as of November 13, 2024.

■Date of occurrence

November 12, 2024 - November 13, 2024 (Restored)

■Issue

Internal data updates (tiling) were sometimes not completed due to delays in the internal integration of registered construction history data for surveying and construction equipment.

■Recovery

We have reviewed the parts of the program that are updated and corrected the delay and repetition of updates during integration.

However, Sites where new updates(tiling) are in progress, will need to wait until the tiling is complete.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
