【Smart Construction Dashboard】 GC3 file cannot change coordinate system and create new file（2025/03/03)

To all users of the Smart Construction Dashboard

The following problems have occurred in the Smart Construction Dashboard.

■Date and Time of Occurrence

March 2, 2025, around 11:00 p.m. (UTC)

■Issue

(1)Unable to change the coordinate system of the Dashboard

When changing the coordinate system of Dashboard, an error message stating “LandXMLconversion failed” is displayed and registration is not possible when registering a new GC3 file.

(2) Unable to register a gc3 file when creating a new site

When creating a new site in Dashboard, an error message stating “LandXML conversion failed” is displayed and registration cannot be performed when a GC3 file is registered.

■Restoration
Scheduled for March 7, 2025 (Friday)

■Temporary solution
When creating a new site, please follow the procedure below to register the coordinate system.

① "Select coordinate system."

② Click the “Locate your site.”

③ Select the coordinate system

④ Select the vertical datum.
