【Smart Construction Dashboard】Notice of failure to change coordinate system and create new gc3 files (2025/03/27)

To all users of the Smart Construction Dashboard

The following problems have occurred in the Smart Construction Dashboard.

■Date and Time of Occurrence

March 25, 2025, around 11:00 p.m.

■Issue

(1)Unable to change the coordinate system of the Dashboard
When changing the coordinate system of Dashboard, an error message stating “LandXML conversion failed” is displayed and registration is not possible when registering a new GC3 file.

(2) Unable to register a gc3 file when creating a new site
When creating a new site in Dashboard, an error message stating “LandXML conversion failed” is displayed and registration cannot be performed when a GC3 file is registered.

■Temporary solution

When creating a new site, please follow the procedure below to register the coordinate system

①"Select coordinate system."

➁  “Locate your site”.

③Select the coordinate system

④ Select the vertical datum.
