【Smart Construction Dashboard】 Restoration of the problem of changing the coordinate system and creating a new gc3 file (2025/03/28)

We would like to inform you that it has been resolved as of 1:30 a.m. , March 28, 2025.

■Date and Time of Occurrence

March 25, 2024 11:00 p.m. - March 028, 2025 1:30 a.m. Recovery

■Issue

(1)Unable to change the coordinate system of the Dashboard
When changing the coordinate system of Dashboard, an error message stating “LandXML conversion failed” is displayed and registration is not possible when registering a new GC3 file.

(2) Unable to register a gc3 file when creating a new site
When creating a new site in Dashboard, an error message stating “LandXML conversion failed” is displayed and registration cannot be performed when a GC3 file is registered.

■Restoration Status

The problem has been resolved and the system is now working normally.
