We will be performing maintenance work on Smart Construction Fleet during the following schedule.
■Date and Time
Tuesday, April 8, 9:00 a.m. -10:00 a.m. (UTC/scheduled)
Please note that some applications will be restricted during the maintenance period.
■Impacted area
[Web App]
The system will restart and an error screen will be displayed forcibly, and the administration screen will be unavailable for up to 5 minutes.
After the restart is completed, the screen will refresh to show the system error screen and the “ Back to Top Page” link will be displayed.
*In some cases, you may be able to return to the original screen without error.
If the web application is not open, there will be no effect.
[Mobile Apps/Dedicated Devices]
There is no particular impact, and data such as location information and work history during the server outage will remain as history after the server is restored.
■Explanation
An error is continuously occurring when the Real-Time Viewer has been left open since before maintenance related to the “Real-Time Viewer displays an icon indicating that earth moving is in progress” function released on 3/18 (Tue.).
The reason is that the version of the web administration screen is still out of date because the screen has not been updated.
To resolve this issue, we will restart the server and perform a batch update of the web administration screen version.
