Smart Construction Dashboard Users,

We would like to inform you that the following issue had occurred for customers using Smart Construction Dashboard, but it was restored as of January 23, 2026.

Occurrence Period

From 10:00 on January 22, 2026 to 00:00 on January 23, 2026 (restored) JST

Issue Description

In Smart Construction Dashboard, after uploading survey data, an issue occurred where the status did not change to “Completed” (i.e., it did not reflect the latest status).

Cause

A system failure occurred during the process that integrates the data.

Recovery Status

We fixed the cause of the system failure and restored the service.
 

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused to our users.
