【Smart Construction Field and Office】Notice of system outage for My Komatsu authenticated users

• Affected Feature: Smart Construction Field and Office login
• Impact: My Komatsu authenticated users with MS authentication app are not able to login
• Workaround: If a user is able to login with receiving the security code through their phone, the users can login; however, if the user has a MS authenticator, they are not able to login. Upon customer request, we are providing a temporary backup account that can be used until this issues is resolved.
