To all Smart Construction Fleet users
A connection issue occurred between Smart Construction Fleet and the server used by the Payload function, but the issue has now been resolved.
■Issue
Due to an issue with the Fleet server, the following occurred.
- Loading results were not reflected in Fleet
- The Payload truck list registered in Fleet could not be updated
■Occurrence period
Approximately 02:00 to 04:30 on 29 October 2026 (UTC)
■Scope of impact
Customers using 3DMG/IMC Payload
■Additional information
Loading results sent from 3DMG will be registered in Smart Construction Fleet in sequence when the tablet comes online, so please rest assured.
