【Smart Construction Pilot】 Notice of some problems with the tablet application v1.0.07

Dear Smart Construction 3D Machine Guidance users

We are writing to inform you that we have found a bug in Smart Construction Pilot (Tablet App) v1.0.07 released on Wednesday, April 3, 2023.

Defect symptoms:

In the function of limitation of use by license, after the license is connected, the "Machine Guidance" application does not work as it is supposed to.

When performing "Soft Reset" or "Hard Reset" in "Menu" > "GNSS Settings" > "GNSS Basic Settings", the message "The license for Machine Guidance  is not set" appears and the main screen is redirected to the "Machine Guidance" application.

Cause:

Because the valid license date and time is based on GNSS time that can be obtained from the controller, performing a soft reset or hard reset will cause the license to temporarily deviate from the valid start date and "Machine Guidance license is not set." is displayed.

Action:

Please wait until the reset is completed.

After the reset is complete, the correct GNSS time can be obtained and the guidance application can be launched as usual from the top screen. The license information will not be changed, and you can continue to use the application as it is.
