How to delete my account because Smart Construction will not be in use hereafter.
Answer
If you are a representative of a company registered on the portal, please follow the procedure below.
*This application is not for the deletion of individual registered members, but for the withdrawal of membership for the entire company.
*Deleted data cannot be restored when the withdrawal process is executed.
*We assume no responsibility for deleted data or information.
◆When a member of a company wishes to cancel membership
If you are not a representative of a company in the portal, please contact another member (with the authority of Admin or higher) and complete the cancellation procedure.
Explanation
1) Access the following URL with a web browser, select "Account management / delete" as the product type from the "Contact Support" form, and indicate that you wish to cancel your membership.

2) We will send you an e-mail with the necessary confirmation information to cancel your membership.
3) Please reply to the confirmation email in 2).
4) We will send you a password.
5) Click on the URL in the e-mail sent to you, and you will be redirected to the login screen. Please enter the account and password you set up when you joined here.
6) After logging in as described in 5), you will be taken to the cancellation screen. Please follow the instructions after entering your ID and PASS sent to you by e-mail.
