(the function for downloading files in SC Remote from devices that have the Optimal Remote app installed)

Start: November 6, 2026 (Fri), 07:00 (UTC)
Resumption: To be determined (until safety has been confirmed)
Impact
Please note the following during the suspension period:
- You will not be able to download files from devices via SC Remote.
- No action is required on the device (such as reinstalling or updating the app).
All other functions, including the "File Transfer" function (transferring files from SC Remote to devices), will remain available.
