To enhance convenience for both our customers and partners, we are pleased to announce the release of the AI Chatbot (Beta) on our support site as of today.
What is the AI Chatbot (Beta)?
The AI Chatbot specializes in answering basic questions about product usage and frequently asked questions. It aims to resolve approximately 40% of inquiries handled by the support center.
Currently, the chatbot provides responses based on information from the FAQ. Moving forward, we plan to expand its capabilities by incorporating information from manuals and past inquiries to provide more accurate answers.
Before contacting the support center, we encourage you to try using the AI Chatbot.
How to Use
- Access the support site (Smart Construction Support).
- Sign in and click the AI Chatbot (Beta) icon at the bottom right of the page.

Tips for Using the AI Chatbot Effectively
For better responses, please input specific questions.
Example:
✔ Good: "I want to automatically link as-built to the dashboard."
✖ Not ideal: "as-built" (Single-word searches may not yield appropriate answers.)

The AI Chatbot will continue to improve based on user feedback and usage.
